What is New in the KiTa!

Projeto Agregar is a project in which our staff regularly visit the KiTa families in their homes. We are aware that children can only be helped in a sustainable way when change also takes place within the often difficult family environment. Our mission is to build meaningful relationships with the families in order to reach them with the good news of the Gospel. For this purpose, we have a dedicated team of staff members and volunteers who care for and support the development of the KiTa families.With many of the families, we are already able to offer Bible courses.

Project Emanuel seeks to discover talents, intentionally develop skills, and at the same time communicate Christian values. It includes a music school and a football academy, where children and young people are encouraged to develop their potential and experience personal growth through discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

In the music school, we offer lessons in various instruments. Our focus goes beyond musical ability and includes the teaching of values such as cooperation, respect, and responsibility. As a result, four of our students have been accepted into the music corps of the Brazilian military. In addition, the city of Cáceres regularly invites us to perform at public concerts, which also provide valuable opportunities to share God’s Word.

In the football academy, participants receive professional training and learn fairness, discipline, and team spirit. Through joint events and activities, we create strong bonds between the young people and the church community.

In addition to the KiTa, we are planning to open a school. A newly constructed classroom is already prepared for this purpose. However, we have been waiting for a long time for the official authorization to open the school.
